Everything surpassed my expectations . The staff members were cute and always ready to help. I found the location amazing, it was a quiet neighborhood near shopping areas. The hotel offered excellent in-house breakfasts, with a variety of options for everyone.
I thought the room size was a little small, but it didn't really bother me because I spent most of the day outside.

i found the staff cute and helpful. its location is ideal, a quiet, safe area is near the champs-élysées, metro, restaurants, and shops. i also appreciated being steps from a clean laundromat, though the hotel offers same-day laundry service. the lobby has a well-appointed sitting area with wine, coffee, and tea always available.
there was no air conditioning, despite very hot days, and the fridge did not work. it was expensive considering this fact

The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a mini-fridge, luxury toiletries, slippers, and a powerful shower. The rooms were amazing, and i felt so comfortable. i enjoyed the clean and big spaces of the room.

The bedding was nice. The bathroom was spacious in the corner room I had. All staff members were friendly and helpful, so I found the location good, with walkable distance to various attractions.
The front desk gentleman on the day of my checkout was rude and unaccommodating. He refused to put my bag of groceries in the fridge. This left a bad impression upon my departure from the hotel.
